Short Hair For Now

Hola!

Before CNY 2016, I was thinking about what hairstyle should I go for. And it hit me that I haven't have short length hair since 2009? The shortest was before I graduated from uni. 

Moreover, the weather in Malaysia is getting crazier this year, with my job working outdoors (40% of the time). I was, Why not go for short hair? That would be something new to my hair.

So this was the first hair makeover after months keeping my fulgy hair. My first post about it was HERE and these pictures were taken the morning after the hair dye. The sunlight reflected the colours and it wasn't that bad but still, it wasn't the colour that I asked for.

Messy hair, I know. I was trying to flip all the possible angle to show all the hidden colours. LOL. But as all hair lovers and hair stylists know, this kinda colour fades pretty quick. So I'll be updating my (chameleon) hair quite frequent. Haha!

New Month, New Hair Colour with a Huge But.

Hola!!

I'm back! I can smell that August is so fresh and will be so much fun. Yes, no? Anyway first thing I did in August was to re-dye my hair. I always wanted purple (my fav colour) and this time, I tell myself to go for it! Instead of having few strands like I did for the past few months.

I didn't get to have it the first time cause the hairstylist insist it wouldn't show on my ends. So I went for pink. Then the second time, I wanted to try green but the hairstylist didn't have the shade that I wanted. So I went for pink (yes, again). Geez. Why is it so difficult for my hair to be purple?!

Hence, I insisted to go for purple, something that would look like picture #1. Few tones of purple. Not too bright, not too dark. Just right. And you can see from picture #2 and #3, those were the 'before' pictures. 

POOF!

Long story cute short.
The result was very much disappointing.
My hair was coloured twice that day.
Mood was totally demolished.
The purple that you notice were vibrant as those are the strands that I bleached previously (in pink)

Now, *fingers cross* for next week I'll be back for another try after the hairstylist requested for my comeback. And I do notice my face look terribly yellow. :/

But then, happy august, people!

Dip Dye Hair - Blue

Hola!

Again, about my hair! Hahaha! I'm soooo in love with it! It started with shocking pink (Read Here) and then I accidentally dyed it blue. I was surprised to see the blue appeared at the ends cause I'm 200% sure I bought PURPLE. I tried a little of purple first time and it worked. Somehow the 2nd time, it didn't. I think I used too much of the purple it just turned blue.

But I still like this blue...as long as it's not pink :x The pictures above were in three different washes (messy hair, I know) and you can actually see how vibrant the blue is. Hahaha!

However, my purple base started to turn brown :( Will post again will the faded blue turned purple! Yeaaaay!

Things To Do in 2014

Hola! I'm back to KL, started working, with loads of work waiting to be done XD. It's pretty warm and stuffy in KL these days. I can't sleep well at night too. But I had a great week back in Sabah! It's Chinese New Year after all! People preparing for the huge festival - hair, clothes, nails etc. I, of course, spent time.... proly tooooooo much time on my hair. I finally had my first dip dye, after considering about it for a year now wtm. Though it didn't turn out as I expected.

I was so determined on getting my ends with bright purple but the hairstylist explained that. . . . . . . . which I don't really understand. I was soooo confused with whatever reason she gave so I pointed at pink instead *face palm*. I snapped a couple of my shocking pink hair photos but I restored my old apple itunes thingy and the photos were gone. HUGE MISTAKE and I hated my phone for 30mins. =__=

The first photo was after two washes and yea, bleaching really damages the hair. Then I bought a cheapskate purple dye and dyed my ends at home. Turned out I was pretty impressed (with both my skills and the outcome HA HA..). The last photo doesn't show my purple base which only lasted few days. It faded right after two washes. :(

Since my hair is pretty damaged, I tend to try as many colours as I can before I chop the ends off. Hehee! Oh.. and it's currently blue. Happened accidentally. WTM..

Can't Wait to Stare!

Hola! Nothing much this time as I'm very busy with work loads. And also CNY is coming very soon so, can't wait to see these babe's results on my hair! Manic Panic is soooo well known that I can't let it go. Hell yeah I'm doing it after soooooo long of consideration! Last Day Before Raya

Hola!

It's good to be home at this hour. Heh.. Since today only half day working, why not write up? :)

Sooooo many workloads since last week but finally things are being clearly little by little. Hopefully next week will not be as hectic as this shyt. So far, so good. :)

Can't wait to explore Ipoh for this holiday! I think I should get a camera to snap better quality pictures. Heh... wait til I kena Toto then I buy la ar..

My new addiction - browsing through all branded websites almost every-single-day. Wtm..

PIXIE OF THE DAY

1. Last week's #ootd - plain top, black shorts and black Celine lookalike bag. Monochrome is so awesome. Ou.. and I braided my hair. :)
2. One of my breakkies at work. Their teh are actually quite nice. 
3. De-stressed myself after work yesterday. Totally forgot about lunch at work and hence, I went straight to Secret Recipe for HEAVY MEAL.
4. Minum minum, storytelling with these fellas. Hahaha.. Ya mulut mulut sekalian....
5. How can you not love Mulberry's collection! Urrghhh! Sponsor anyone... hehehe... birthday in 2 months time. XD
6. I don't know why, I'm very attracted to Prada's Marble + Light Grey colour. So not my colour...but...pretty.. Wtm.

Feeling Good That I'm Letting Things Go

Hola!

It's already July but my life just started this month. LOL. Some may not know but I've been dormant for almost half a year. Wtm...

Anyway another week gone and it's soooo good! Hopefully more to come! *pray hard*

Oh yea... I have a couple of things that I would like to give out before I donate it. Bags, clothes... For now I've only got two.. I'll try to upload the rest when I have the time haha! PIXIE OF THE DAY

1. Mild curls for that #saturday evening. :) And also #OOTD. It's been awhile since I did curls to my hair. Sooooo not used to it. And it turned out way far from I've imagined. Meh~
2. Lunch with henry on #saturday at Milk and Butter, Bangsar for catch ups. :)
3. My small sling pouch in white. I've never used it since I bought it FEW YEARS AGO. I think there are stains here and there. It isn't that obvious but I think for girls out there who are creative enough will figure out a way to decorate this into an amazing piece. Me... I'm just too lazy to do it. I would top this pouch up with some blings here and there. Just my opinion.
4. The inner view of the pouch. The sling string is inside.
5. Snake printed rainbow wallet I got from UK few years ago when I was studying still. LOL. These kind of wallet was trending back then so I thought why not get one...? 
6. And now I feel I'm too old for this print. =_________________= Wtm..

In The Month of Ramadhan

Hola..

As everyone knows it's the fasting month for the muslims before they celebrate Hari Raya Puasa a month later. And every year at this period, I'm always being extra cautious, as in my safety. I know it may sound ridiculous but it's always during this time, there will be EXTRA roadblocks, EXTRA checkings - check here check there, everywhere check check and also EXTRA robberies/break-ins/snatch thefts going on. 

And maybe it's just me, I strongly encourage Malaysian cars' window should be tinted a little darker so that robbers would at least hesitate before they try to rob anyone's car. With the current law of NOT ALLOWING any shades darker than the original ones is not a good idea. It's easily see through and I think car owners will have to be extra careful with their bags, things, even their own lives. With a slight darker shade of tint, I think the robbers (especially on motorbikes) will at least have to pay more attention into the inner view of the car before they act. Make sense right?

It's not that I'm saying the tinting should be dark black but c'mon.. just slightly darker won't be thaaaaat bad, right? It's afterall for OUR own safety! With all the advertisements in the radio advising not to put your bags on the seat but instead, put it under the seat.. Well robbers do listen to radios too..........right? You advertise those so-called tips ON AIR with the intention that they won't rob us? Yes, of course it's much more difficult to be robbed but what about bulky handbags? Or mayb laptop backpacks? How are those going to fit UNDER the seat? I know Myvi has this underneath compartments but not every Malaysians drive a Myvi right? And you can't possibly expect all of us to switch to Myvi or looking for cars that has this feature.

I just feel sad cause the government is not thinking right about this. And advertising your tips on air is soooo not helping at all. I think it actually gives the robbers to come up with their own tips on "How to rob cars". Wtm.. Can I be the Menteri Keselamatan or JPJ officer or whatever it's called to suggest this idea.?
