My small boss came back from Taiwan last month but then we all didn't get to meet her until early Feb. And look what she got me!

August Splurge and Love

Hola!!!

This is kinda late since it's already the second week of September but not too late, right? LOL! Last month's splurge and love was so awesome because it's literally SNOOPY-themed! It was like all of the sudden the stores are selling loads of snoopy-collaborated clothings and stuffs! So I'll start with August Loves!

Vans Vault x Peanuts Snoopy shoes - The last time I got a pair of Snoopy shoes/sneakers was around 5 years back..? I was walking around one of the malls in Melaka (can't remember the name LOL) and I saw this pair of white with pink snoopy shoes. I didn't hesitate to buy right after they got me my size. It's not easy to look for Snoopy shoes and I'm so happy when I saw Vans is collaborating with Peanuts! However, it only comes in white for adults. If you stumble upon their store or Instagram, kid's version are much cuter! Oh well.. I'm still satisfied with mine. Heh!

Peanuts Fall/Winter Dress  - Anyone who loves to shop in Zara would have noticed this! Another surprised I got when I was walking around the women's section and saw this dress! Luckily they have my size too! It's under Zara Trafaluc Fall/Winter T Shirts Collection. Only in dark blue and in good quality.

For my splurge, I got a Peanuts Snoopy Sweater from the same collection as my Snoopy dress. Hahahaha! Mr.A said he'll sponsor me the dress so I got the sweater on my own. XD Great deal there! I've only worn the shoes to work. I might be doing some ootd for the sweater and dress soon! If I am not lazy!

Sunday, a Day to Chill

 

Hola!!!

I was supposed to write up something about my nails but I don't know why I was so happy today that I just want to make my Sunday, a Sunday. So I'm currently sitting with my friends in a cafe, writing this. Heh... Very chilly. And fun. :)

#1. Not-so-matching - Basically this is my nails for today. And I picked the closest tee I can find from my 'closet'. Lol. But the colours are very eye catchy. Maybe both reds does not match that much but, it'll be just for a day.

#2 Mini towel - Pressie from my friend. Heh! So cute! 

#3 Cafe Freddo - My fav drink in this cafe. Just love every sip of it. Yumss! Cosy and quiet. Not every cafe can have this environment. Or maybe it's not the time for people to come out (yet).

#4 Lamb Shoulder - First try on their food here. I was too hungry to pick anything as everything seems extra tempting! But of course lamb will always be my first choice. Not that bad.. I wouldn't like my mashed potato done that way but perhaps this is their way of doing it. :)

FIFA World Cup finals upcoming soon! Very excited!

Seoul, Korea

Annyeong haseyo! My final trip for this year was to Hawaii! But the flight had to transit via Korea for a day so I got the chance to explore Korea just a very tiny bit. The tour brought us to a 'place' (haha! sorry I don't know what place is that but it's just 15mins from Incheon airport) where we had our lunch and then we were allowed to snap some photos with their costume on.. 

It is winter now in Korea so the weather wasn't sunny but the trees are as pretty. The rest of the pictures are the snaps I got while exploring the streets. Last but not least, I found out there is a Charlie Brown Cafe in Incheon Airport! WTM!! I didn't know about it when I arrived the airport. It was only when I was catching my flight back to Malaysia then I passed by this cafe! >.< Didn't have much time to take a sip so I just snap a few shots. :( There is Helly Kitty store as well, just further down Charlie Brown's cafe..

My impression towards Korea is.... I don't like it. Not because of the weather however, it was because of the people. Maybe it's their culture, or their personality, I don't know. The people are unfriendly (seriously it's not just me) and sometimes rude. Once they know you don't speak Korean or not a Korean at all, they will stare with this horrible face like you owe them a shyt. Or they will talk to you without looking AT you. ..? It's so much different from the Korean dramas that teens are crazying about.. totally-insanely-honestly. Probably only 40% of Koreans will be nice to you ( I assume their partner are not Koreans) and when you find these 40% of people, you'll cry of relief, knowing that not everybody 'HATES' you.

And another good example was.... I was on the plane and sitting at the isle seat. So this Korean couple came and waited for me to stand and let them in. My pillow fell on the ground and the Korean girl just KICKED IT AWAY. 'Nough said, mmkaythanxcibaikia.

It's august already!! Yuuuhuuuu! Always love the months after July cause it means more holidays coming! XD

This is another update and just wanted to say.. Hari Raya holidays is coming to town real soon!!! Happy fasting to the muslims!!!! Can't wait for holidays!!

PIXIE OF THE DAY

1. Few of the many home cook dinners. It's always nice to cook at home. One of the things I won't get let go after working for a whole day. :)
2. Iced Shakerato from Milk and Butter. Too sweet and nothing more to say. #disppointed.
3. Hahahah! Gembira nya ayah aku during Facetime. My little cousin was the one who accidentally Facetim-ed me...
4. Allowance from work. I need more of these please!
5. My face during busy work. Heh.

Nearly!

Hola!

So this is my first week working, no broken arms and legs so far, no clamped tyres *fingers crossed* pretty much a good start for week 1.

Of course there are a few downsides about my job lah..

• NOT ENOUGH PARKING SPACE! And the "Clamping zone" signs are spotted every 20 metres! Urghh.. Literally it's easier to spot the sign than spotting human beings.
• Going to work by 8am.. This 8 is definitely NOT ONG lohhhhhh..
• I feel like working in UK. The weather is freaking cold! The only difference is there won't be any snow in my office. Meh..

I met my BOSS today and he is indeed a nice guy. Very fatherly character and humble yet professional. A bit not leng chai lah cause I keep focusing on his bald head. But acceptable... :)

PIXIE OF THE DAY

1. I nearly forgot my price tag on my new dress,
2. I nearly forgot fell asleep surfing too much facebook in an air cond room,
3. I nearly forgot about my watch I got from my brother last year! And I thought I don't have any watch. Meh..

Ever Busy Weekends

Hola!

Weekends should sound relaxed and chilling for everyone. But somehow my weekends seem to be much busier than weekdays. *hmm*

From doing house chores to outings to family days to got waken up by mean neighbours (seriously). I wish to have more weekends!

Anyway.. This is a testing mode for me, first attempt blogging via iphone. Quite cool to say the least..
