♥why is it blue represent boys and pink is always for girls?♥ i mean of course there are plenty of colors out there but why specifically blue and pink? ♥ why not mix the color the other way round?♥ both colors are sweet and adorable especially for babies (= ♥so i Googled both "pink" and "blue" and i found an interesting article♥
*from 1920's til 1940's , the Western culture considered pink was appropriate for boys because being related to red it was the more masculine and decided color and while blue was considered appropriate for girls because it was the more delicate and dainty color, or related to the Virgin Mary (i wonder why)
*but after 1940's, the societal norm apparently inverted so that pink became appropriate for girls and blue appropriate for boys.
♥on the other hand..blue means sadness for human's emotion in language♥ where as pink is used in one of the idioms.. "in the pink of health"♥hmm..blue and pink - the common color that most people love..even obsessed with it in a way♥ pink clothing, pink nail color, Hello Kitty, pink room, pink pencil case :|♥ sometimes it's creepy♥

wow... i've gained my knowledge frm tis!! but i think i prefer black or red??? since a lot of my things r in these 2 colors.. lol
